About Me
You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported. My passion as a therapist is creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to make sense of things, I’m here to help you navigate it with warmth, curiosity, and compassion.
My journey into therapy started in the hospital community, where I worked closely with individuals balancing both physical and emotional health struggles. That experience shaped the way I practice today—I see mental health as deeply connected to our bodies, relationships, and the stories we carry.
I work with clients facing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. Many of the people I see are high achievers who feel like they “should” have it all together but still struggle with stress, burnout, or feeling disconnected from themselves. Others are navigating family and cultural dynamics that make it hard to know where they truly belong.
As a South Asian therapist, I understand how culture, identity, and unspoken expectations can shape our mental health. Maybe you’ve been taught to suppress emotions or prioritize others over yourself. Maybe you feel torn between different parts of your identity. These experiences are real, and they matter. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen—not just as a collection of symptoms, but as a whole person with a story that deserves to be understood.
Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or intimidating—it can be a space where we make sense of things together. Whatever is weighing on you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here.
